General Terms & Conditions

  • guelay.com is a web service provided by Gulay & The Ensemble Aras. JOSEF OLT is responsible for all business relations with customers. All transactions conducted under Austrian law.

Art. 1 - Applicability

  1. The present General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all business relations between JOSEF OLT (for Gulay & The Ensemble Aras), and his customers, as defined at the time of conclusion of the contract and as far as these refer to business transactions carried out by electronic means.

  2. These General Terms and Conditions shall apply exclusively. Conflicting conditions of the customer or conditions differing from those indicated in our General Terms and Conditions cannot be accepted, unless approved of by JOSEF OLT in writing in individual cases.

Art. 2 - Delivery of Ordered Goods

  1. JOSEF OLT shall deliver the ordered goods to the address indicated by the customer in the order as soon as possible. JOSEF OLT shall be entitled to make partial deliveries.

  2. The costs for the individual deliveries shall be charged to the customer by JOSEF in the respective amount shown.

  3. (3) Information on the terms of delivery shall not be binding, unless specifically otherwise agreed.

  4. Deliveries within Europe should generally take no longer than 6-10 days, whereas overseas deliveries may take 6-8 weeks.

  5. Delivery is by post.

Art. 3 - Payment

  1. Items offered on guelay.com are available only against an advance payment with one of the payment options given during the ordering process (PayPal). The data transfer is encoded using 128 bit-SSL-encoding. PayPal fees are paid by JOSEF OLT and there are no extra fees for his clients. If payment is not received within 10 days of ordering, the availability of the ordered items cannot be guaranteed.

  2. The total price including shipping is payable from the moment the sales contract has been closed.

  3. The online shop guelay.com is targeted exclusively at end users, and no discounts can be granted to resellers.

  4. All prices include the legally required value-added tax (VAT).

Art. 4 - Warranty and Guarantee

  1. Legal commitments of warranty and guarantee apply.

Art. 5 - Privacy statement

  1. JOSEF OLT is committed to protecting the privacy of customers shopping at guelay.com, and to treating personal information as confidential. This privacy statement is based on variuos Austrian laws among them the Datenschutzgesetz 2000 (DSG 2000), BGBl. I Nr. 165/1999 (law for data protection).

  2. Personal information gathered from customers is used exclusively to process an order and to dispatch the articles ordered.

  3. JOSEF OLT assures his customers that their personal information will not be handed on to third parties.

Art. 6 - Legal Jurisdiction

  1. The place of execution and jurisdiction is Vienna.

  2. Austrian law applies.

  3. We reserve the right to change these terms of trade as, and when, necessary.
